ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਦਮੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਨੇ

ਪਿਓ, ਭੈਣ ,ਭਾਈ ਨਾ ਅੰਮੜੀ ਦੇ
ਹੁਣ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਦਮੜੀ ਦੇ

ਕੋਈ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਪੁਛਦਾ ਏ
ਵਧ ਗਾਹਕ ਨੇ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਚਮੜੀ ਦੇ

ਮੁੰਹ ਜੋਰ ਵੇਗ ਅਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ
ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਸ ਨਹੀ ਅੱਗ ਲਗੜੀ ਦੇ

ਚੁੰਨੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਭਲ ਜਾਣਾ ਏ
ਸਜਣਾਂ ਪੇਚ ਸਾਂਭ ਲੈ ਪਗੜੀ ਦੇ

ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਦਮੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਨੇ
ਕੱਲੇ ਸਾਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀ ਝਗੜੀ ਦੇ

ਇਹ ਸਾਹ ਵੀ ਅਮਾਨਤ ਰਖ ਲੈ ਤੂੰ
ਜਾਂ ਆਸ ਕੋਈ ਫਿਰ ਤਗੜੀ ਦੇ

ਰੂਹ ਸ਼ਰਮਸ਼ਾਰ ਜਿਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਏ

ਕੇਹੇ ਕੰਮ ਨੇ ਦੇਹ ਨਿਕ੍ਮੜੀ ਦੇ

ਚਿੱਤ ਅੰਬਰੀ ਉਡਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਏ

ਪੈਰੀ ਪਰਬਤ ਬੰਨੇ ਖੰਭੜੀ ਦੇ
