boli refined ohh hai jis nu officially use kita janda hai and ohh boli aa majhe di..preferance di gall hi nahi hai and i think its related to thread...i asked this because Pb govt pabba bhar hui aa k punjabi nu completely daftri bna ditta hai...

Abt refined boli Im not sure refined boli means official or takasali boli... its true majhi is taksali or official languange but I do not think that is called refined boli...
Abt kithe maximum patshahi ikattar hoyiya I think answer is Khadoor Sahib, but not sure..
