Boneless chicken cut into small cubes(1 whole chicken) 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 2 tablespoons Soya sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar Salt to taste, 6 green chilies 4 big onions (chopped), 1 heaped tablespoon corn flour, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon ajinamoto, Refined cooking oil...
Preparation:
Wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Marinate the pieces with 1 tablespoon Soya sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1/2 table spoon chili sauce and enough salt. Beat the eggs and pour them on the chicken pieces. Add half a tablespoon corn flour and mix well the whole mixture. Allow it to stand for 2 hours.
Drain excess liquid and store in a container. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces. Keep the fried pieces in a separate container. In the left over oil fry the green chilies and chopped onion slightly. Pour the excess liquid stored earlier. Stir continuously. Add the chicken pieces. Pour the rest of the sauces and a pinch of salt. Mix the 1/2 tablespoon corn flour with a little of water and pour in the pan. Add the ajinamoto. Stir well and serve hot....

250gms Aloo (potato) 2 piyaz, sliced 2 tsp adrak lasan di paste 1/2 tsp Ajwain namak To taste 1/2 cup Besan 1 tsp dhaniya Powder 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Annardana Powder Oil For frying Handful Corainder leaves.....
Method:-
Aloo nu lamba lamba katto. besan, salt, ginger-garlic paste, ajwain seeds di paste banao adding little water. Add 1 tsp of oil and mix well. aloo de pieces uppar eh sab masala laga k 15 mint rakho.. Heat oil and deep fry the aloo. Keep aside.
Heat 2 tsp of oil, add piyaz and saute(bhuno) till brown. Add salt, turmeric powder(haldi) ,red chilli powder, annardana powder, garam masala and mix well.
Add the aloo (potato) and hilao. Simmer the flame and cook for another 5- 6 minutes.
Garnish with corainder leaves and naal amritsari naan khao....

simple enough maggi banao.....let it cool down....have sm besan in a bowl.....put all the ingredients jo v pauna chahunde ho in pakode....like potato/onion finely chopped .....green chillies....nethng tht u can thnk can make it more delicious......
add on d cooled down maggi in this........make round balls......deep fry in oil....serve hot vd sauce n tea........
