Hi my all dear punjabizm.com friends .I wanna share to all of u some ten rules for PRAYER. These rules help us to become a good spirit. I know these rules are not easy task (not easy to gain). But we can try in our daily life. If we r trust on the GOD

            SO LET’S START OUR BEAUTIFUL LIFE WITH THESE TEN RULES.

1. 1).     Set aside a few minutes everyday. Do not say anything. Simply practice thinking about GOD.

2) Then PRAY orally, using simple, natural words.Tell GOD anything that is on your mind. Talk to GOD in your own language.HE understands it.

1. 3) PRAY as you go about the business of the day, on the subway or bus or at your desk.Utilise minute PRAYERS by closing your eyes to shut out the world and concentrating briefly on God’s presence. The more you do this everyday.

1. 4) Do not always ask when you PRAY, but instead affirm that God’s blessings are  given and spend most of your PRAYERS giving thanks.

1. 5) PRAY with the belief that sincere PRAYERS can reach out and surround your loved ones with God’s love and protection.

1. 6) Never use a –ve thought in PRAYER. Only positive thoughts get results.

1. 7) Always express willingness to accept God’s will. Ask for what you want, but be willing to take what GOD gives u. IT may be better than what u ask for.

1. 8) Practice the attitude putting everything in God’s hands. Ask for the ability to do your best and to leave the results confidently to GOD.

1. 9) PRAY for people you do not like or who have mistreated you.

10. Make a list of people for whom to PRAY. The more you PRAY for other people, especially those not connected with you,the more PRAYER results will come back to you.

AT THE END I SAID THAT

IMPLEMENTS THESE TEN RULES IN UR LIFE GIVES US  RELEX FEEL.

ਉਸ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਲਭਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੋਖਾ ਹੈ...??? ਬੱਸ ਉਸ ਦੀਆ ਗੱਲਾ ਤੇ ਅਮਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ ਹੈ..?
ਜੇ ਆਪਾ ਉਸ ਦੀਆ ਗੱਲਾ ਤੇ ਅਮਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੀਆ.. ਤਾ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਡੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ..
ਤੇ ਆਪਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਜਰੂਰ ਦਰਸਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ...? ਬਸ ਆਪਾ ਲੋਕ ਇਹੀ ਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ..
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਰੱਬ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਦਾ ਆਦਾ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਦਾ ..???

ਜਿਸ ਤਰਾ ਇਕ ਮਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ  ( 9 ਮਹੀਨੇ ) ਤਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੇਟ ਚ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ. ਤਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਕਾਬਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤੇ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਚ ਲੀਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਮੁਸਕਲਾ ਤੋ ਬਚਾਉਦੀ ਹੈ..
ਉਸ ਤਰਾ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਰੱਬ ਆਪਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਮੁਸਕਲਾ ਤੋ ਬਚਾਉਦਾ ਹੈ
ਉਹ ਮਾਲਕ ਰੱਬ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਉਪਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਤਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ... ਉਸ ਦੀਆ ਉਪਦੇਸਾ ਤੇ ਚਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਦਰ ਦਰ ਨਹੀ ਭਟਕਦਾ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਰੱਬ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਵੇ...? ਅੱਜ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ, ਕੱਲ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਤੇ ਪਰਸੋ ਇਸਈ ਜਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਫਿਰਦਾ..? ਕਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਧਰਮ ਨਹੀ ਬਦਲਦਾ..??
ਤੇ ਜਿਵੇ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਕਰੀ ਜਾਵੋ ਬਸ ਉਸਦੀ ਰਾਜਾ ਚ ਖੁਸ ਰਹੋ...? ਤਾ ਉਹ ਆਪ ਆਕੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ
ਗੱਲਾ ਤਾ ਦੋਸਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਨੇ ਬਸ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਪਾਪੀ ਦੀ ਔਕਾਤ ਨਹੀ
ਜੇ ਮੈ ਗਲਤੀ ਚ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਗਲਤ ਕਿਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾ ਇਸ ਪਾਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਫੀ ਦਾ ਦਾਨ ਬਖਸਣਾ..
