ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ਼ ਅੱਜ ਤੀਰ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਦੇ ਹਨ,

ਜੋ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕੋ ਈ ਚਲਦੈ,

ਤੇ ਜੀਹਦੇ ਵੱਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਨਾ, ਉਹ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੀ ਮੰਗਦਾ,

ਨਿਰਾ ਲਹੂ ਮੰਗਦਾ
