ਇਕ ਛਿਟ ਮਹਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ
ਵੈ ਤੂੰ ਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਾਹੀ,
ਜਿਵੈਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਬੂੰਦ ਤੋ
ਹਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਕਾਹੀ,
ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਰਸਾਨ
ਜਿਵੈਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਵਾਹੀ,
ਸਤਿਆਵਾਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਹੀ
ਸਦਾ ਜਾਏ ਸਾਲਾਹੀ,
ਵਿਚ ਤਰਿਜਣਾਂ ਬੈਠੀਆਂ
ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਚਰਖਾ ਡਾਹੀ
ਸੋਹਲ' ਨਿਮਾਣਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ
ਫਿਰ ਬਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਪਾਹੀ,
