ਸਿਗਰਟ

ਤੂੰ ਸਿਗਰਟ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਧੁਖ ਗਈ
ਮੈਂ ਰਖ ਤੇਰੀ ਫੋਲਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ

ਧੂਏਂ ਦੇ ਲਛਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਆਚਾ
ਖੁਦ ਨੂੰ ਟੋਲਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ

ਗਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਨਾ ਆਈ
ਅੱਲ-ਵਲਲਾ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ

ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਨਜਦੀਕ ਹੋ ਕੇ
ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਟੋਲਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ
