ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਕਿਸੈ ਦਾ ਹੋਣਾ

ਨਾਂ ਹਰਖ ਨਾਂ ਰੰਜ ਕਰ
ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਕਿਸੈ ਦਾ ਹੋਣਾ

ਪਰਖੇ ਗਾ ਜਦੋ ਕਿਸੈ ਨੂੰ
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਫਿਰ ਗੈਰ ਹੈ ਹੋਣਾ

ਪੁੰਗਰਨ ਲੲੀ ਬੀਜ ਨੂੰ
ਪੈਦਾਂ ਹੈ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਲਕੋਣਾ

ਪੋਣਾ ਨਾਲ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਪਿਆਰ
ਪੈਦਾਂ ਹੈ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰ ਝਕਾਉਣਾ

ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਲੈ
ਜਿਸਮ ਤੋ ਹਰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਮਿਟਾਉਣਾ

ਖੌਫਨਾਕ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ
ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਦ ਚ ਲਕੋਣਾ

ਨਾਂ ਹਰਖ ਨਾਂ ਰੰਜ ਕਰ
ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਕਿਸੈ ਦਾ ਹੋਣਾ
