ਪਿਆਰ ਹੀ ਕਰਾਮਾਤ ਸੀ

ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਸੀ ਯਾ ਰਾਤ ਸੀ
ਸਚ ਪਿਆਰ ਦੀ ਬਰਸਾਤ ਸੀ

ਮਹਿਬੂਬ ਦੇ ਸੁਨਾਣ ਲਈ
ਇਕ ਸੁਲਗਿਆ ਜਜਬਾਤ ਸੀ

ਨਾ ਨਗਮਾਂ ਨਾ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਸੀ
ਬਸ ਤੁਛ ਜਿਹੀ ਸੁਗਾਤ ਸੀ

ਨਾ ਗੀਤ ਸੀ ਨਾ ਸਾਜ਼ ਸੀ
ਬੁਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਿਕੀ ਬਾਤ ਸੀ

ਗੁਫਤਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਬੋਲ ਸੀ
ਚਹੁੰ ਨੈਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਸੀ

ਦੋ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਾਨ ਲਈ
ਪਿਆਰ ਹੀ ਕਰਾਮਾਤ ਸੀ
