ਅਪਣੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਦੀ ਤਾ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੱਗਣੀ ਸੀ,
ਉਸ ਦੀਆ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੱਗਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ|

ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਬੇਰੰਗ ਰਹੀ,
ਉਹਦੀ ਬਣ ਲਲਾਰੀ ਰੰਗਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ|

ਉਹ ਰਹੀ ਹੁੰਗਾਰੇ ਭਰਦੀ ਯਾਰੋ ਗੇਰਾਂ ਲਈ,
ਮੈ ਐਵੇ ਉਹਦੀ ਖੰਘ 'ਚ ਖੰਗਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ|

ਉਹ ਲੈ ਗਈ ਖੋਹ ਕੇ ਹਾਸੇ"ਪੀ੍ਤ" ਦੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ 'ਚ,
ਮੈ ਹੱਥ ਅੱਡ ਉਹਤੋ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ|
